Compact flueless gas heating, realistic log effect and convenient control
The Burley Esteem 4231 combines the traditional appearance of a freestanding stove with the convenience and installation flexibility of flueless gas heating. Its compact poured cast aluminium casing and black finish create a timeless look, making it a practical choice for homes where installing a conventional chimney or flue is not possible.
Delivering a 2.5kW heat output at 100% efficiency, the Esteem 4231 directs all of its generated heat into the room. Its realistic log-effect fuel bed and attractive flame picture provide the atmosphere of a traditional fire while offering the straightforward operation and controllability of gas heating.
The stove incorporates a catalytic converter to help clean combustion gases and an oxygen depletion safety system designed to provide additional protection by shutting off the appliance if oxygen levels fall below safe limits. Thermostatic control also makes it easy to adjust the heat output and maintain a comfortable room temperature.
The 4231 is available with either manual or remote control operation and can be specified for Natural Gas or LPG. With a minimum room size of 30m³ and no chimney or conventional flue required, its compact footprint provides considerable installation flexibility. Appropriate room ventilation is required for flueless operation.
