Woodburning Stoves

Jøtul F162

Distinctive Scandinavian design, efficient low-output heating and lasting warmth

The Jøtul F162 combines a distinctive modern fireplace character with the renowned craftsmanship of the Jøtul F160-series. Its unified design and three sturdy legs give the stove a light, contemporary appearance, making it an elegant focal point for modern interiors.

Designed for modern living, the Jøtul F162 is particularly well suited to low-effect heating. It is engineered to burn efficiently even at an output as low as 3 kW, making it an excellent choice for well-insulated and low-energy homes where controlled heat output is important.

The stove’s carefully considered proportions and clean design give it a versatile appearance that works across a range of interior styles. As part of the F160-series, the Jøtul F162 can also be configured with different leg options and side-glass choices.

For additional heat retention, an optional decorative soapstone top can be fitted. Soapstone stores heat while the fire is burning and gradually releases it afterwards, helping to extend the warmth beyond the active burning period.

The Jøtul F162 brings together practical low-output performance, distinctive Scandinavian styling and the enduring qualities of cast-iron construction.

With its three sturdy legs, compact fireplace character, efficient low-effect operation and optional heat-retaining soapstone top, the Jøtul F162 offers an elegant and versatile heating solution for contemporary homes.
